To Do BEFORE Registering........
PHOTO - A PHOTO will be required for all players this season. Passport style head shot only!!! This means NO hats, NO sunglasses, a plain background only,etc. Photo upload will need to be done at the time of Registration so it is highly recommended to get one ready in advance.
ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER - Anyone with kids < 18yo that plans to use an Active Kids Voucher for a $100 discount on fees this year will need to register with SERVICE NSW and receive their Active Kids Voucher number BEFORE registering in the soccer system. This discount voucher must be used at time of registration and can NOT be processed after registration. More info about getting an Active Kids Voucher can be found here
HOW TO REGISTER

* If registering for our Special Needs team, please use the "Inclusive Football" product.
** If you were registered in season 2022 your existing account will still be valid. Please use the email address you used last year to register.
Once registered you will receive further information towards the end of February when most of the player registrations have been received. This info will provide an update on such things as whether team Grading is required, potential trial matches, fee payment finalisation date (if applicable) etc.
If you have any special requests (such as players playing together etc), please send an email to wyongemus@gmail.com and while we offer no guarantees, we will try and accommodate wherever possible.
All players need to be registered to participate in trials, grading, training and pre-season activities.
All players need to be paid in full to participate in any trial or other games.
2023 GRADING
Players from Under 8s and older may need to be graded and placed into teams accordingly. Not all age groups will require grading.
Should we receive enough registrations for any age group that requires us to nominate more than one team, Grading session/s will be organised to allow us to assess the individual and potential team grades we will nominate to CCF. All players involved will be informed and can look towards end of February/early March as to initial sessions.
While not a perfect science, it allows us (the club) to nominate teams where the players involved are most comfortable in regards to their level and ability.
Registration Information Days
We are holding registration information days in February, where you can get more information about registration, purchase any gear, apparel & uniforms and get more information about our club
Rego Info Days will be held at Wyong Golf Club on the Saturday 4th February & Sunday 12th February 10AM to 2PM
2023 FEES
Rego fees for 2023 will be as follows:
Referees Fees:
All of our Junior registration fees above (U5-U18) are total. They include referee fees where applicable so no weekly ongoing costs. No searching for $4-5 every week or parent managers chasing other parents for unpaid money. Everything is collected at the start so the kids just need to turn up and play.
With Seniors, ref fees are not included in your rego. Ref Fees are allocated to teams themselves to sort and are billed monthly. No ref, no pay!
Payment:
All fees need to be finalised by end of day Sunday 26th February at the latest. Those that have paid IN FULL by this time will get priority placement at the time of team allocations at the end of February. Those who have not paid in full by this time, may not get a spot on a team and could be deregistered.

Working With Children Check
All Coaches and Managers must be registered in CCF My Comp as a coach or manager and must have a Working With Children Check (WWCC) number to be able to register.
