There is a new registration system for 2026, called "PlayFootball 2.0"
All Central Coast Clubs are transitioning from Central Coast Football (CCF) My Comp app to PlayFootball 2.0 for all registrations in 2026.
Football Australia has mandated that all associations and all clubs must now use the Play Football 2.0 system for registration.
PlayFootball 2.0 will be used for registrations only (and some coaching courses). We will continue to use the CCF mycomp app throughout the year for fixtures, results, tables, team sheets and ground status.
Registration Opens 6 January 2026
BEFORE REGISTERING IT IS IMPORTANT TO:
- Make sure you have your Active Kids Voucher ready (if applicable - more info below)
- Make sure you have a Passport Style photo ready (more info below)
- Please read all the information in this document before you register.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Create or claim your Football Account
Go to https://playfootball.com.au/register and login or create an account in the parents (or adult players) name using your email address.
Search for Wyong on the Play Football platform
OR
You can also use our Wyong Emus FC Play Football Link
Register to Play, Register your child to play etc.
You can register multiple players and children under the same account
Deadline: Complete registration by 15 February 2026.
* Some Age groups may close sooner than this date if team places are filled.
* Some Age groups may be extended beyond this date if team places are still available.
Juniors
- Register in your own age group.
- Your age group is whatever age you are turning in 2026. Eg. If you are turning 9, you will be under 9s.
- We have Mixed teams (mixed boys and girls) in every age group from under 5s through to under 16s.
- We have girls only teams from under 5s through to under 14s, then Under 16s (for girls turning 15 and 16) and Under 18s (for girls turning 17 and 18)
- We have Under 18 Male teams for Boys turning 17 and 18
Girl Footballers
- From Under 5 through to Under 16 you can choose to play in either Mixed or Girls.
- Mixed is Boys and Girls (Predominantly Boys)
- Girls is for Girl Players Only
- Whatever you choose when you register, we will place you in that that group

2026 REGISTRATION FEES
Rego fees for 2026 will be as follows:

All of our Junior registration fees above (U5-U18) are total. They include referee fees where applicable so there are no extra weekly ongoing costs. No searching for $5 every week to pay referees or parent managers chasing other parents for unpaid money. Everything is collected at the start so the kids just need to turn up and play.
With Seniors, ref fees are not included in your rego. Ref fees are allocated to teams themselves to sort and are billed monthly.
WHERE DOES MY REGISTRATION FEE GO?
The various governing bodies, Football Australia, Football NSW & our Association – CCF, make up the bulk of where your money goes. A very small portion (around 10%) goes towards our club. Our club fee helps to cover our operating expenses e.g. training equipment, footballs, Club Game Day playing Shirts, junior referee fees etc.
Our club is run completely by volunteers and no one is paid. That means everyone you see working on and around the field, coaching, in the canteen etc are all volunteers.
Coaches and managers are also all volunteers and are usually a parent or relative of a player on the team.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES
In 2026 all CCF clubs are moving to the PlayFootball platform. The move to the PlayFootball platform brings with it changes to payment of fees.
The new PlayFootball system requires that at a minimum the Football Australia and Football NSW components (Regulation Fees) of the registration fee must be paid online by Credit/Debit Card at the time of registration.
It is no longer possible to fully defer payment until a later date. This change has been implemented at the national level and is beyond the control of individual clubs or associations.
The Wyong Emus Football Club fee in PlayFootball (Is the CCF and Wyong Emus Club component) and payment can be deferred to a later date if needed.

CASH or EFTPOS (If you don't have a Credit/Debit Card)

Payment Plans
We are limiting Payment plans this season. If you genuinely cannot pay your registration upfront or use AFTERPAY, and you have to make part payments to pay for your rego over time, please contact our Registrar at wyongemus.registrar@gmail.com to discuss your options before you register.
DO NOT LEAVE IT TILL LAST MINUTE TO REQUEST A PAYMENT PLAN. You must contact us by the 31st January. We will only consider payment plan applications up to 31st January.

* Your 2026 registration will not be fully approved by Wyong Emus FC until you have Paid your fees in full.
* Be sure to pay ALL of your Registration fees in full prior to 28th February to secure team placement, and avoid any disappointment. Those who have not paid in full by this time, may not get a spot on a team and could be deregistered.
* NO PAY, NO PLAY - Any Player who has not paid their registration fees in full will not be able to play in any trials or games.
* Players will not be covered by player insurance until they have paid in full.
REGISTRATION INFO DAYS
We are holding registration information days in January & February, where you can get more information about registration, get help with registering, purchase any gear, apparel & uniforms and get more information about our club.
Registration info days will be held at Wyong Golf Club on:
Saturday 17 January 2026 - 10AM to 2PM
Saturday 31 January 2026 - 10AM to 2PM
Sunday 8 February 2026 - 10AM to 2PM
Saturday 14 February 2026 - 10AM to 2PM
REFUNDS
A full refund can be requested and will usually be approved BEFORE the CCF season commences on 10/4/2026. The refund request will need to be approved by Wyong Emus, CCF, Football Australia and Football NSW in order to receive a refund.
Once the CCF Season has commenced, NO refund of any registration Fees will be available. (As per FA, FNSW Policy)

JUNIOR GRADING AND TRIAL GAMES
Junior Grading Days – TBA
We usually have several grading days throughout February and are working towards finalising these details.
Trial Games – TBA
We usually have some trial games throughout March. More details to come. Please note, we cannot guarantee all teams will have a trial game. It will depend on the availability of other clubs/teams and our ability to secure grounds/refs for games.
Pre Season Training – TBA
We usually start pre-season training at start of March. More details to come.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Under 5 – Under 7 - If you have any special requests (such as playing with a friend etc), please send an email to wyongemus.registrar@gmail.com. We will try our best to fulfill special requests where possible. Please note that not all requests may be able to be met and will depend on team numbers.
Under 8 - Under 18 – Players in the Under 8 – Under 18 Age groups are graded on their ability and team selection is chosen by our grading and football panel based on the players ability. We rarely consider special requests for these age groups. Any special request for these age groups will only be considered for certain unique circumstances and will need to be submitted in writing to wyongemus.registrar@gmail.com
TEAM FORMATION, PLAYER SELECTION & GRADING
Juniors
Under 5 - Under 7: These age groups are not graded and the football committee will form teams and select players for each team by random selection or by preference. If you have a special request for your child to play in a certain team/with friends, please make request in writing at wyongemus.registrar@gmail.com
Under 8 - Under 18: These age groups are graded and the football committee will form teams and select players for each team based on attendance at our Grading Day/s. Our football committee and grading panel conduct skills sessions and small sided games to assess and grade your child, to determine which team your child will be placed in based on their playing ability.
Players will initially be placed into a team after grading has been completed. Please note that further changes could be made and players may be changed to another team after further assessment at any trial games completed in February & March.

IMPORTANT – your child may not grade the same each year. For example, if they were graded in a B team last year and then an A or C team the next year, they will not be moved just because there is a difference or they are not playing with the same players as the year before. Players are graded according to grading results.
* All Players must register in their own age group
* Players will be placed into teams in their own age group. (See Grading Policy for more info)
* All players will need to be registered to participate in grading
* Note that some age groups may not need grading
* It is very important that all junior players who are Under 8 to Under 18 attend all grading days and Trial Games so they can be assessed and Graded
Seniors (19+) (Men's and Women's All Age/O30/O35/O45)
Senior Teams are formed by nomination. If you have a team you would like to nominate, please contact our Senior Vice President – Manny Potiris – manny.alpha@gmail.com or 0411 799 913. Or, if you are a senior player looking for a team, please contact our Senior Vice President. Senior Team grading will be decided by the Football Committee & CCF based on the players within the squad and last year's results.

PHOTO
As part of the registration process you will need a passport style photo. Passport style head shot only!!! This means NO hats, NO sunglasses, a plain background only. This can be a selfie taken on your phone. Photo upload will need to be done at the time of Registration so it is highly recommended to get one ready in advance and ensure it is a current photo.
ACTIVE AND CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHER
Please have your active and creative kids voucher ready. The voucher needs to be entered at the time of registration. You will need to apply for the voucher with service NSW BEFORE registering.
