2024 Registration Information
Welcome everyone to the 2024 Football Season

How Do I Register?
You must self register online at CCF MyCompApp
Please click on the link below or copy/paste to a new window to register. Click Register and follow the prompts
** If you were registered in season 2021, 2022 or 2023 your existing account will still be valid. Please use the email address you used last year to register.
** If registering for our Special Needs team, please use the "Inclusive Football" product.

As part of the registration process you will need a passport style photo. Passport style head shot only!!! This means NO hats, NO sunglasses, a plain background only,etc. This can be a selfie taken on your phone. Photo upload will need to be done at the time of Registration so it is highly recommended to get one ready in advance. 

Please have your active kids voucher ready, The voucher needs to be entered at the time of registration. You will need to apply for the voucher with service NSW BEFORE registering

Special Requests

If you have any special requests (such as players playing together etc), please send an email to wyongemus.registrar@gmail.com.

Under 5 – Under 7 - We will try our best to fulfil special requests where possible. Please note that not all requests may be able to be met and will depend on team numbers.

Under 8 - Under 18 – Players in the Under 8 – Under 18 Age groups are graded on their ability and placed into teams based on their ability. We usually cannot fulfil any special requests in these age groups, however if you have a special request , please contact our registrar wyongemus.registrar@gmail.com to see if a request is possible.


Under 5 - Under 7 - these age groups are not graded. We will place members in teams based on ability and preference, where possible.

Under 8 - Under 18 - these age groups are Graded and team selection will be based on attendance at the Grading Day/s in February. Our committee and grading panel will conduct skills sessions and small sided games to determine which team your child will be placed in based on their ability. 

 Players will initially be placed into a team after grading has been completed. Please note that further changes could be made and players may be changed to another team after trial games have been completed in February & March. 
** All players will need to be registered to participate in grading
** Note that some age groups may not need grading

Registration Information Days

We are holding registration information days in February, where you can get more information about registration, get help with registering, purchase any gear, apparel & uniforms and get more information about our club.

Rego Info Days will be held at Wyong Golf Club on the 
Saturday 3rd February 10AM to 2PM 
Sunday 11th February 10AM to 2PM

2024 FEES 

Rego fees for 2024 will be as follows:
Referees Fees:

All of our Junior registration fees above (U5-U18) are total. They include referee fees where applicable so no weekly ongoing costs. No searching for $4-5 every week or parent managers chasing other parents for unpaid money. Everything is collected at the start so the kids just need to turn up and play.

With Seniors, ref fees are not included in your rego. Ref Fees are allocated to teams themselves to sort and are billed monthly. No ref, no pay!

Payment of Registration Fees 

Fees can be paid at time of registration in the CCF My Comp App using your VISA/MASTERCARD Debit or Credit Card. 
** This is the best option

Fees can also be paid at one of our Registration Days by CASH or EFTPOS

All fees need to be finalised by end of day Sunday 25th February at the latest. Those that have paid IN FULL by this time will get priority placement at the time of team allocations at the end of February. Those who have not paid in full by this time, may not get a spot on a team and could be deregistered.

Payment Plans
We offer Payment Plans where you can pay for your registration fees in small amounts over time. If you cannot pay your registration upfront, Please contact our Registrar at wyongemus.registrar@gmail.com as early as possible to organise a payment plan to pay for your registration fees by the due date. 
** Note that all fees need to be finalised by the 25th February.


9th January – Registration Opens – Register to Play!
3rd February – Registration Information Day – Wyong Golf Club
11th February – Registration Information Day – Wyong Golf Club
25th February – Registration Fees must be received before this date
6/7 April – Season Starts


Further information will be sent towards the end of February when most of the player registrations have been received. This info will provide an update on such things as Player Grading, potential trial matches, training dates, fee payment finalisation date (if applicable) etc.

Active Kids Voucher Information

If you have a child < 18yo you may be eligible for a Active Kids Voucher. This is a voucher for $50 provided by the NSW Govt that can be used for sport. (Note that the voucher amount has been changed from $100 to $50 this year). You will need to apply for the voucher with Service NSW BEFORE registering. This discount voucher must be used at time of registration and can NOT be processed after registration. Changes are being introduced to Active Kids from 1 February:
 - Prior to 1 February: A subsidy (voucher) to the value of $50 is available all parents, carers, etc for use up to 31 January.
 - From 1 February: A subsidy (voucher) to the value of $50 is available ONLY to those parents, carers, etc WHO RECEIVE FAMILY TAX BENEFIT PART A OR PART B OR BOTH.

What Do I Need to Do?
If you have not applied for and used a voucher between 1 July 2023 and 31 January 2024, you should apply for the voucher and register your child (via MyCompApp) to ensure the voucher is redeemed BEFORE 31 JANUARY. You do not need to pay the full registration fee to at that time.  You can log back in later to pay by Credit Card or pay by Direct Credit to our bank account. 

If you are receiving Family Tax Benefit Part A or Part B or both, you can apply for a voucher on or after 1 February and use it when you register after that date.
